Janice was easy to work with and made the process of going solar simple. She took the time to really explain her recommendations and connected the dots on how they would help us accomplish what we were trying to do. With lots of kids it was important to us to plan for the future and not just for today. We added sizing for future EV’s and things that we know are eventually coming as they get older and start driving. We really appreciated her patience and professionalism throughout the process from our first call to the time our system turned on.

We had looked at solar several times over a few years when people would come to the door, but never felt like we were being told the whole picture. We have quite a few friends who wished they had sized their system differently, or paid more attention to the details or what they were getting or how they financed. When we were introduced to Janice, there was no pressure - just information. She had the knowledge and patience to really show us the short and long term outcomes of possible financing options and the significance of battery storage for us over the long term. We hadn’t even considered it before. No one had ever walked us through it. We’d definitely recommend Janice if you’re the type of person who doesn’t need hype or to be hard sold, and just really wants to know the truth about the options out there for going solar. You won’t regret it.

It was important for me to do a lot of comparisons when looking into solar, and I ultimately went with Janice because I felt that she knew the most about everything about it - from manufacturers and brands to the fine print in warranties to even the electrical details. What I liked was that she answered the questions that I should have asked, but didn’t even know enough to ask about. Things no one else brought up or made me think about that turned out to be important in the project. She was definitely the most patient and thorough person I met with when trying to select a solar provider.

We thought about solar for a while but thought that our roof would be a problem and that it wouldn’t be worth it. It felt like she actually cared about what was best for us and didn’t oversell us, which I appreciated and we decided to go with her. She kept us in the loop through the permitting and construction and we were just really happy with the experience, and of course we are loving not having a crazy electricity bill every month.
